About.

Form follows function, but let’s make it pretty.

Our company was born from a couple of ideas that started to make us excited. We didn’t set out to be a certain type of company, we just like working together and having fun.

We develop applications that propose a different way of achieving a goal. We’re not necessarily breaking new ground or proposing radical ideas, but simply looking at whether there is anything that can be done to make the end-user experience even better.

Digsby is an idea that grew from our experience of renting short term lets with family and friends. Seeing first hand how hosts tried to enhance our experience, by either providing printed literature or emailing additional information, suggested that hosts recognise guests want more than what is provided in a basic listing. Research into alternative products showed that solutions were limited to providing digital literature or videos, which either require the guest to read/watch in full or try and use keywords to search. Digsby understands that guests may want to access information before and during their stay, and don’t necessarily want to search websites or literature for the answers. Digsby allows guests to ask a question, in their own words, and get back the information that they want, anywhere, anytime.
